How to Reach The Bureau
The Bureau accepts new client enquiries by telephone, email, and in-person appointment. We do not maintain a public walk-in policy; all visits to our Brașov offices are arranged in advance. If you are considering an engagement, the most effective first step is a brief telephone call — typically fifteen to twenty minutes — in which we can establish whether the scope of your situation corresponds to the kind of work we do. There is no charge for this initial call, and no obligation follows from it. For clients based outside Brașov, we conduct initial consultations by encrypted video conference. All communication with The Bureau is subject to professional secrecy obligations binding on every member of the team.

Office Hours
Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00. Friday: 09:00–17:00. Saturday and Sunday: closed. Appointments outside standard hours can be arranged for clients who travel from significant distance.

Confidentiality and Data Handling
All information shared with The Bureau — whether in an initial enquiry or during an ongoing engagement — is treated as strictly confidential and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Romania. We do not share client information with third parties except where required to execute a client instruction (for example, liaising with a carrier on an insurance wrapper) or where compelled by law. Client data is stored on encrypted, EU-hosted infrastructure. A full privacy notice is available on request and is provided to every client at the commencement of the engagement. The Bureau is registered with the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP) as a data controller.
